There are currently two rates:\n "Non-refundable, non-cancellable": as soon as the booking is made, 100% of the booking amount is invoiced and is non-refundable. A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the reservation, excluding extras, is debited at the time of booking.
"Flexible": cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the reservation confirmation e-mail. If the reservation is cancelled after this time, or in the event of a no-show, the first night, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the customer at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.
